The Carbon Fiber Chair With Room To Spare!

Our Carbon Atlas takes everything people love about carbon fiber and builds it bigger: a roomier seat, a 350 lb weight capacity and larger 11" drive wheels, on a frame that still weighs about 35 lbs without the battery. It folds in one motion, the lithium battery lifts out for charging or travel, and the joystick controller includes an LED headlight, horn and USB port. Big-chair comfort, carbon fiber weight.

About the product

Built Bigger. Still Carbon Light.

Most carbon fiber wheelchairs ask you to trade comfort for weight. The Carbon Atlas doesn't. We started with the same carbon fiber construction that makes our lightest chairs so easy to fold and lift, then built it bigger: a roomier seat, a 350 lb weight capacity and larger 11" drive wheels for a smoother, more confident ride.

The frame still weighs about 35 lbs without the battery - light enough for most people to lift into a trunk on their own.

Carbon Atlas carbon fiber electric wheelchair with key specs: 350 lb capacity, 35 lb chair weight, TSA-approved battery, 4-6 h charge

Folds In One Motion, Travels Anywhere

Press the folding latch, lift the seat, and the Carbon Atlas collapses into a compact package that fits in a car trunk, a closet or under a restaurant table. Unfolding is just as quick.

The removable 24V 12Ah lithium battery charges on the chair through the controller or on its own, and at 288 Wh it is within the limit most airlines accept for mobility devices. Flip-up armrests make side transfers easy, and the freewheel levers let a companion push the chair when you'd rather be pushed.

My wife and I just returned from a tour of Jerusalem where I pushed this chair to its limits on cobblestones, dirt paths, and long days—and it never quit. One battery lasted all day, it folded in seconds for buses and flights, and handled everything from Masada to the airport with ease.
