At All Star Wheelchairs, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality electric wheelchairs. That's why we are proud to offer a comprehensive five (5) year limited warranty on all of our products. This warranty applies to all electric wheelchairs purchased from the Company, and covers defects in materials and workmanship of the electric wheelchair, including the frame, motor, and controller. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Coverage:

• The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship of the electric wheelchair, including the frame, motor, and controller.
• The warranty also covers any defects in the battery when received. Batteries are not covered unless defective when received, batteries must be charged and stored properly to ensure a long lasting battery. 
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• This warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by the consumer, such as by improper use, lack of maintenance or failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual.

Repairs and Replacements:

• If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge.
• If a replacement is necessary, it will be of equal or similar quality to the original product.
• The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the electric wheelchair is sold or given to another person.
• In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the company will provide a refund of the purchase price.

• You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice or receipt.
• The Company will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part or product, and will cover the cost of shipping.

• The customer must follow the instructions in the owner's manual, in order to keep the warranty valid

• Except as expressly stated in this warranty policy, the Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the electric wheelchair.
