Processing

On average, our processing time for packages is 1-2 business days. During busy season, holidays and large shopping events, our warehouse dispatch is limited and sometimes can have a delay of a 1-3 business days.

Shipping with Carriers (FedEx & UPS)

Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it typically takes 2-5 business days to be delivered within the US bearing no delays are in encountered 

Accessories & Batteries

If your ordered larger accessories, such as the headrest for our best selling electric wheelchair, expect the headrest to be shipped separately from the wheelchair to insure it does not get damaged during the shipping process.
