At just 29 pounds, the All Star Carbon Fiber Electric Wheelchair is the lightest chair we build. It folds in five seconds, lifts with one hand, and still carries up to 300 pounds over 20+ miles on a single charge. Everything heavy about a power chair has been engineered out of it—and nothing you actually use has been taken away.

Carbon fiber where the steel used to be

A conventional folding power chair is built from steel or aluminum tube and carries a battery that weighs as much as a bag of dog food. We replaced the frame with carbon fiber and the battery with two 2.5-lb lithium packs. That's the whole trick—and it's why this chair weighs 29 pounds instead of 85.

A chair that fits in the trunk is a chair that leaves the house

Push it together, and it folds down to 29" high by 24" wide with a 14" back width. One person picks it up with one hand and sets it in a sedan trunk. No ramp. No lift. No waiting for someone strong enough to help. Measure your trunk before you order—and if it doesn't fit, you have 45 days to send it back.

Range that outlasts the day

Two 24V 12Ah lithium-ion batteries give you 20+ miles on a single charge and recharge in about four hours. Dual 24V 200W brushless motors handle ramps, sidewalk lips, packed gravel and long museum floors at up to 4 mph, with a joystick that's simple enough to learn in a parking lot.

Comfortable enough to stay in

A padded seat, flip-back armrests and an adjustable footrest make transfers in and out straightforward. The 23.6" turning radius means it comes around inside ordinary rooms and store aisles instead of three-point-turning in a doorway.

Safe and reliable

Flat-free PU solid tires on magnesium alloy rims—7" front, 11" rear—never go flat and never need air. The carbon frame is rated to 300 lbs. Every chair is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and a repair network of 450+ technicians.

Can one person really lift it into a car?

Folded, the chair is 29 pounds and 29"H × 24"W with a 14" back width. Most people lift it with one hand and set it in a sedan trunk. Measure your trunk opening before you order—and if it doesn't fit, you have 45 days to send it back.

Can I take it on a plane?

The lithium packs come out in seconds and are sized for air travel under the rules that cover mobility-device batteries. Airlines each have their own procedure, so call your carrier the week before you fly and tell them you're travelling with a folding power chair with removable lithium batteries. 

Indoors and outdoors?

Both. The 23.6" turning radius handles hallways and store aisles; the dual 200W brushless motors and flat-free tires handle ramps, sidewalk lips, and packed paths at up to 4 mph.

Do you bill Medicare or my insurance?

No. We sell directly to you, we don't file claims, and we make no representation that this purchase is covered or reimbursable by any payer. That's also why the price is what it is — there's no billing department, no prior authorization and no denied-claim margin built into it. How long is shipping?

Free, and it ships within one business day from North Las Vegas, Nevada. UPS Ground delivery is typically 2–5 business days. The chair arrives fully assembled.

How is it lighter than your other chairs?

The frame is carbon fiber instead of aluminum, and the batteries are 2.5-lb lithium packs. That's it—29 lbs versus 55 lbs for our aluminum Classic, with the same 20+ mile range.

What's the weight capacity?

300 pounds. If you need more, our Classic Electric Wheelchair is rated higher—call us and we'll point you to the right chair rather than sell you the wrong one.

What kind of maintenance does it require?

Basic electric wheelchair maintenance includes charging the battery regularly, keeping the chair clean, and electronics occasionally.

Is financing available? FSA or HSA?
